Returns & Refunds

As artificial flowers are non-perishable, we accept returns only within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and not damaged by the customer.

To initiate a return, email service@akira-trading.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued after we inspect the returned item. Damaged or defective items must be reported within [e.g., 7 days] of receipt with photos.
